Ingredients:
- (1) 1 lb. Pack of Bright Leaf Red Hots
- (1) 12 oz. Pack of Bright Leaf Bacon
- Biscuits
- Pimento Cheese
- Honey

Cooking Instructions:
- Smoke the Bright Leaf Red Hots on your smoker at 250 degrees for approximately 20 - 30 minutes
- While the Red Hots are smoking, bake your biscuits and cook the Bright Leaf Bacon according to the instructions
- Take the Red Hots off the smoker and wing them (slice down the middle)
- Put the winged Red Hots in a pan on your grill or stove, add oil, and fry to your liking.
- After the biscuits, bacon, and Red Hots are ready. It's time to start stacking!
- Place the winged Red Hot on the biscuit
- Add pimento cheese
- Then add two biscuit-size pieces of bacon
- Drizzle with honey
- Then add the top of the biscuit
- Enjoy!
