How to Cook and Smoke the Ham

Start with a Bright Leaf Spiral Sliced Ham
Then use honey mustard as a binder & season with your smokey seasoning.
Smoke the holiday ham using cherry wood.
When the cooker reaches 250 degrees F, place the ham on the indirect side until the internal temperature reaches 130 degrees F.
Then add the mango pineapple rum glaze until the ham reaches 145 internal temperature and allow to rest for an hour before slicing and serving.
