BBQ sandwiches are a North Carolina tradition! But when Halloween rolls around and the full moon comes out, these sandwiches transform into MONSTERS!!! Piled high with Bright Leaf pork BBQ and topped with slaw and spooky little cheese teeth, they’re a fun, festive bite that’ll have everybody creeping back for seconds!
Ingredients:
- (1) 15 oz. Container of Bright Leaf BBQ
- Slider Rolls
- Slaw
- Provolone Cheese Slices
- Olives

Cooking Instructions:
- Prepare Bright Leaf BBQ according to the heating instructions on the package.
- Place the bottom half of a slider bun on a plate and spoon the heated BBQ onto it.
- Add a layer of slaw on top of the BBQ.
- Cut provolone cheese into small triangles along one edge of the slice. Arrange the cheese along the front edge of the bun, with the points facing down, to create monster teeth.
- Carefully insert two toothpicks into the top bun and place one olive on each to create eyes. Before serving, remove all toothpicks used for decoration. Remove the olives as well, if desired. Keep toothpicks away from young children, and never serve the sandwich with toothpicks accessible to anyone who may accidentally swallow them.
