Ingredients:

(1) 1 lb. Pack of Bright Leaf Red Hots (similar to a Bright Leaf Hot Dog but shorter and fatter. Made fresh with beef and pork and crushed red pepper.)
(1) 1 lb. Pack of Bright Leaf Fresh Sausage (Bulk)
Italian Shredded Cheese
Italian Seasoning
Fresh Basil
Red Onion
Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions:

Cook Fresh Sausage: Cook fresh breakfast sausage in a preheated frying pan over medium heat, turning occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 160°F, ensuring it's thoroughly cooked with no pink in the center.
Prepare the Dough: Start with your favorite store-bought pizza dough, brush some olive oil in the middle of the pizza and not the crust area, and follow the cooking instructions on the package
Add the Sauce: Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce over the dough.
Top with Cheese and Italian Seasoning: Sprinkle your preferred cheese evenly over the sauce and a good helping of Italian seasoning as well.
Add Red Hots: Slice Red Hots into thin rings and arrange them on the pizza.
Sprinkle Sausage: Sprinkle the cooked and chopped fresh sausage all over the pizza.
Add Onion: Dice a red onion and scatter the pieces on top.
Bake: Cook the pizza according to the dough's instructions or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the dough are golden brown.
