Taking inspiration from afar, we're putting a North Carolina spin on it, loaded with Bright Leaf BBQ and sauce!
Ingredients:
- (1 or 2) 15 oz. Container of Bright Leaf BBQ (chopped pork BBQ)
- (1 or 2) Bags of Shredded Cheese
- (1) Can of Baked Beans
- Potatoes (1 per serving)

Cooking Instructions:
- Poke holes in a potato and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then, coat it with olive oil and wrap it in aluminum foil.
- Bake in the oven at 400°F for at least 1 hour.
- While the potato is baking, heat up baked beans in a pan and cook Bright Leaf BBQ (according to instructions).
- Once the potato is done, carefully remove it from the oven using oven mitts or a utensil.
- Unwrap the potato and place it in a to-go box.
- Gently mash the potato together.
- Top with butter, cheese, baked beans, BBQ, and BBQ sauce.
