Bright Leaf Hogzilla Sandwich (Bacon, BBQ, Bologna and Red Hots)

This sandwich is a Pig Deal! The Hogzilla is loaded with four different Bright Leaf products and is full of North Carolina goodness. Give it a try!

Ingredients:

• (1) 1 lb Bag of Bright Leaf Red Hots
• (1) 12 oz. Pack of Bright Leaf Bacon
• (1) 15 oz. Container of Bright Leaf BBQ
• (1) 16 oz. Pack of Bright Leaf Thick Grillin' Bologna
• Pimento Cheese
• Mt. Olive Hamburger Dill Chips
• Cackalacky Cheerwine Sauce
• Hamburger Buns

Cooking Instructions:

1. Cook the Bright Leaf Bacon according to the instructions on the back of the pack.
2. While the bacon is cooking, it's time to grill or fry some Red Hots and Bologna.
3. Wing one Red Hot per sandwich.
4. Blackstone / Grill instructions: heat to medium heat or at least 300 degrees cook and cook for about 5 minutes and turn over for another 5 minutes. If you like them more charred, keep cooking!
5. Stovetop instructions: turn to medium heat and drizzle some oil in a pan and put the Red Hots and Bologna down. Cook for 4 -5 minutes and flip over for another 4 - 5 minutes.
6. Heat the BBQ according to the instructions on the container.
7. It's time to stack when everything is done cooking and heated to your liking!
8. Start with the Bologna, then add BBQ, Red Hots, Bacon, pimento cheese, and pickles and cover in Cackalacky sauce.
9. Enjoy!
