Ingredients:
- 1 lb or 2 lb Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 3 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup Cornmeal
- 1 - 1/2 Cups of Milk
- 3 Eggs
- Oil

Cooking Instructions:
- Insert skewers into Bright Leaf Hot Dogs (don't go all the way through)
- Mix up the dry ingredients for corndog mix
- Mix three eggs and 1 - 1/2 cups of milk together
- Pour the "egg" milk mixture into the dry batter and stir until a thick consistency
- Oil needs to be around 350 degrees before frying
- Dip the corndog in the batter
- Drop the corn dog in oil and fry until golden brown
- Enjoy!
