Bright Leaf Corn Dog Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 lb or 2 lb Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
• 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
• 2/3 Cup Sugar
• 2 Tsp Salt
• 3 Tsp Baking Powder
• 1/3 Cup Cornmeal
• 1 - 1/2 Cups of Milk
• 3 Eggs
• Oil

1. Insert skewers into Bright Leaf Hot Dogs (don't go all the way through)
2. Mix up dry ingredients for corn dog mix

5. Oil needs to be around 350 degrees before frying
6. Dip corn dog in batter
7. Drop the corn dog in oil and fry until golden brown
