There's no wrong way to eat a hot dog. In Johnston County, North Carolina, our go-to is ATW (all the way), but in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, they prefer to eat their franks a little differently with cheese inside. And we're not complaining!
Ingredients & Toppings:
- (1) 1 lb. or 2 lb. Pack of Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
- (1) 10 oz. Container of Bright Leaf Chili
- Hot Dog Buns
- Your Favorite Slaw
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- Diced Onions
- Spray Can Cheese
- Extra: Pickle Spear

Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to 300 - 350°F.
- Place the hot dogs down on the grill grate and cook for about 5 - 6 minutes on one side.
- Then turn over and cook for about four to five minutes (black charred line means it's done).
All the Way
- Add a squiggle of mustard
- Then add Bright Leaf Chili
- Cover in it slaw
- Top it off with a sprinkle of crisp, diced onions
Bethlehem Style
- Gently slice the hot dog down the middle, leaving just enough room for the cheese
- Fill the frank with as much gooey cheese as your heart desires.
- Add a squiggle of ketchup and mustard
- Top it off with a sprinkle of crisp, diced onions
