Ingredients:
- (1) 1 lb. Bright Leaf Fresh Country Style Sausage (Bulk)
- (2) Bell Peppers
- (1) Medium Yellow Onion
- Italian Seasoning
- Pierogies (quantity as desired)

Cooking Instructions:
- Brown the sausage on your griddle or pan, seasoning with Italian seasoning. Once browned, remove from the griddle and set aside.
- Sauté the bell peppers and onions in the sausage drippings until they start to soften.
- Push the veggies to the side of the griddle and add the pierogies.
- Cook the pierogies for 8-10 minutes per side until golden brown and done.
- Mix the cooked sausage, veggies, and pierogies together.
- Season with additional seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
