- (1) 16 oz. Pack of Bright Leaf Smoked Sausage (100% pork, natural casing and smoked with real hickory wood)
- (1) Pack of Hot Dog or Hoagie Buns
- (1) Large Yellow Onion
- (3) Bell Peppers

Cooking Instructions:
Prepare the Vegetables:
- Cut the green peppers and onions into thin slices.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the sliced peppers and onions to the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper and olive oil.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender, slightly caramelized, and translucent.
Cook the Sausage:
- While the vegetables are cooking, grab another pan and heat it over medium heat.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan.
- Place the Bright Leaf Smoked Sausage links in the pan.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Assemble the Sausage Dogs:
- Once the sausages are ready, it's time to build your sausage dog. Place a smoked sausage in a bun and add a squiggle of mustard on top of the sausage.
- Top with the cooked peppers and onions.
