Ingredients for a Bright Leaf Pizza Hot Dog:
- 1 lb or 2 lb Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
- Hot Dog Buns
- Pizza Sauce
- Slices of Mozzarella
- Mini Pepperoni
Cooking Instructions:
- Turn on broiler
- Turn stove to medium heat
- Cook hot dogs in pan 3 - 5 minutes on one side
- Turn hot dogs over and cook for another 3 - 5 minutes
- Place hot dogs in buns
- Top each hot dog with a tablespoon of pizza sauce
- Add a slice of mozzarella cheese to each hot dog
- Place pepperonis on cheese slices
- Broil until cheese is melted and the bun is toasted (about 5+ minutes)
