This pasta salad recipe goes above and beyond the norm. The traditional combination of pasta, vegetables, and dressing has been reinvented best by incorporating a hearty dose of meat with Bright Leaf Bacon, Thick Grillin' Bologna, and Smoked Sausage - and then some.
Ingredients:
- (1) Pack of 12 oz. Bright Leaf Bacon
- (1) Pack of 16 oz. Bright Leaf Thick Grillin' Bologna
- (1) Pack of 16 oz. Bright Leaf Smoked Sausage
- Salami
- Pepperoni
- Ham
- Cucumbers
- Grape Tomatoes
- Bowtie Pasta
- Black Olives
- Cheddar Cheese
- Italian Dressing
- Garlic Seasoning

Cooking Instructions:
- Prepare the meats: Cut salami, pepperoni, ham, and smoked sausage into roughly 1/2-inch pieces.
- Prepare the vegetables: Dice cucumbers and quarter grape tomatoes.
- Dice an 8 oz block of sharp cheddar cheese into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Cook 1/2 box of your preferred pasta (like bowtie), then allow it to cool.
- Bake a pack of bacon in the oven at 350 degrees until crispy, let it cool, and then crumble it.
- Remove the ring from a slice of thick grilling bologna, and cut into 1-inch squares.
- In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup each of the following: cooked pasta, diced cucumbers, quartered tomatoes, whole pitted black olives, cubed cheddar cheese, mozzarella pearls, and your prepped meats (salami, pepperoni, ham, smoked sausage, and grilling bologna). Toss everything together to mix well.
- Pour in half a bottle of Italian dressing and mix. Adjust the amount based on your personal preference.
- Season the mix with 1-2 tbsp of garlic rub, and toss again to ensure everything is evenly seasoned.
- Top the salad with a cup of crumbled bacon, and it's ready to serve! Enjoy this salad either chilled or at room temperature.
