This bacon recipe is a bacon lover's dream. We took Bright Leaf Bacon, covered it in a maple bourbon glaze and brown sugar, and smoked the bacon till it was candied. It's so good!
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Bright Leaf Bacon
- 1/3 Cup of Buffalo Chips Woody's Reserve
- 1/3 Cup of Mapleline Farms Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
- 1/3 Cup of Honey
- 2 tsp. of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. of Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. of Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp. of B's Rubs Spiced Apple
- 1 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp. of Spicy Brown Mustard

Cooking Instructions:
- Mix all of your ingredients into one pan to create the maple bourbon glaze
- Constantly stir the combined ingredients and cook until the alcohol cooks out and the sugar and spices come together
- Let it cool down
- Line your cookie sheet with a rack and lay out the bacon evenly
- Brush the bacon with your maple bourbon glaze
- Sprinkle with brown sugar
- Smoke bacon at 325 degrees until bacon is cooked and candied
- Enjoy!
