Take a bite of North Carolina tradition with these Loaded Bologna Fries—a nostalgic twist on a classic cold cut! Bright Leaf Bologna, a beloved Southern staple, adds a unique flavor to this easy-to-make snack that's sure to be a crowd-pleaser at any gathering.
Ingredients:
- (1) 3 lb. Stick of Bright Leaf Bologna
- Tostitos Medium Salsa Con Queso
- (1) 10 oz. Container of Bright Leaf Chili
- Yellow Onions
- Mt. Olive Pickles Jalapeño Slices

Cooking Instructions:
- Slice the Bright Leaf Bologna Stick into thick rounds.
- Cut each round into 1-inch “fries.” (Crinkle cut tool adds flair, but straight cut works just as well!)
- Heat a griddle and cook the bologna “fries” until browned (to your liking) on all sides.
- Place two small pots on the griddle. In one, warm the queso; in the other, heat the chili. Stir and heat both until nearly boiling, then remove from heat.
- Arrange bologna fries on a plate, then top with warm queso, chili, diced onions, and jalapeño slices.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
