Ingredients:
- (1) Pack of 12 oz. Bright Leaf Bacon
- 1 lb. or more of Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
- (1 or 2) Packs of Mexican Style Cheese
- Tortillas

Cooking Instructions:
- Prepare Tortillas: On one tortilla, use a knife or pizza cutter to cut out a jack-o'-lantern face. This will be the top.
- Season Chicken: In a bowl, mix chicken strips with your seasoning.
- Cook Chicken & Bacon: In a pan with a bit of oil, cook chicken until done. In a different pan, cook bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- Assemble Quesadilla: On the plain tortilla, add chicken, crumbled bacon, and cheese. Place the tortilla with the face on top.
- Cook Quesadilla: In a skillet with some oil or butter, cook the quesadilla on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Let it cool briefly, cut, and serve. Optional: Serve with ranch dressing.
