Bright Leaf Cajun Shrimp & Sausage Alfredo

Spice up your everyday fettuccine alfredo dinner with our Cajun Shrimp & Sausage Alfredo recipe, an easy dinner idea full of Southern spice and everything nice!

Ingredients:

• (1) Pack of 12 oz. Bright Leaf Smoked Sausage Links
• 1 lb. of Shrimp
• 1/2 Stick of Butter
• 3 Garlic Cloves
• 1 Pint of Heavy Cream
• 1 Tbsp. of Tomato Paste
• Grated Parmesan Cheese
• Slap Ya Mama Seasoning (Cajun Seasoning)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Fry the Bright Leaf Smoked Sausage slices. Once done, set them aside.
2. Melt half a stick of butter and add 1 lb. of fresh shrimp.
3. Season the shrimp with seasoning and cook until done. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, sauté three garlic cloves in butter. Add heavy cream and let it simmer.
5. Mix in tomato paste and 1-2 tbsp of seasoning as it thickens.
6. Stir in fresh grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
7. Add the cooked sausage and shrimp back to the sauce.
8. Mix the sauce with cooked fettuccine or your preferred pasta.
9. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
