This Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato recipe perfectly combines crispy potatoes, savory chicken, and hickory-smoked Bright Leaf Bacon, all tossed in a creamy ranch dressing. It's a hearty and flavorful dish that will satisfy any craving for comfort food.
Ingredients:
- (1) Pack of Chicken Tenders
- (1) Pack of 12 oz. Bright Leaf Bacon
- 2.5 lbs. of Potatoes
- Chicken Rub Seasoning
- Ranch Dressing and Packet
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Smoked Gouda Cheese

Cooking Instructions:
- Cube chicken tenders, toss on a griddle or skillet, and season with your favorite rub.
- Fry up Bright Leaf Bacon on the griddle, then crumble.
- Toss the cooked kitchen into a mixer to shred (you can shred by hand)
- Par cook 2.5 lbs of Potatoes - cook til fork tender but not completely done - can boil while cooking chicken and bacon on the griddle
- In a large baking dish (I used a disposable one) layer as follows, potatoes, and chicken, and then pour 1 cup of Ranch Dressing; and mix
- Top with 8 oz of Shredded Sharp Cheddar and 8oz of Shredded Smoked Gouda
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon and chopped green onions on top!
- Serve and enjoy!
