Bright Leaf Mason Jar Stack Attacks (Bacon)

These bite-size breakfast sandwiches are built with two mason jar lid-shaped hashbrowns, one fried egg, cheese, and hickory-smoked, sugar-free Bright Leaf Bacon. It only costs $1.44 per person.

Cooking Instructions:

Get mason jars and remove the lids.
Spray the rim of the lids with oil
Stuff and smash the hashbrowns into the lids. Fill to the rim and make sure it's tight.
Cut the Bright Leaf Bacon in half.
Cook the hashbrowns and bacon on a griddle at medium heat until the hashbrowns are crispy and brown and the bacon is cooked to your liking
Next, use extra lids or the lids you used to cook the hashbrowns to make the fried egg (The mason jar lid is hot! Don't use your hands to remove the lid. Use a tool like tongs)
Break one egg into the lid and cook until fried perfectly
Remove the fried egg from the lid and add cheese (The mason jar lid is hot! Don't use your hands to remove the lid. Use a tool like tongs)
Start stacking! Hashbrown, then fried egg, then bacon, then top with another hashbrown. Syrup works well!
