Ingredients:
- (1) 3 lb. Stick of Bright Leaf Bologna (hand-stuffed, made fresh with beef and pork)
- Mustard (Binder)
- BBQ Rub (Recommend Smokin' Bones Jalapeño Rub)
- BBQ Sauce (Cackalacky, Bone Suckin' Sauce, George's or Carolina Treet)

Cooking Instructions:
- Unwrap the 3 lb. stick of Bright Leaf Bologna.
- Use a knife to score the surface of the bologna (make shallow cuts in the skin).
- Coat the bologna with mustard.
- Sprinkle your favorite rub generously over the entire stick.
- Place the bologna on a smoker or grill at 225°F and cook for about 2 hours.
- During the last 30 minutes, brush on your favorite BBQ sauce and let it cook for the remaining time.
- Remove from the smoker or grill, slice, and enjoy!
