Ingredients:
- (1) 15 oz. Container of Bright Leaf BBQ
- Pimento Cheese
- Pork Skins
- Jalapeno Slices
- Sour Cream
- Lime
- Extra: Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning

Cooking Instructions:
- Cook Bright Leaf BBQ according to the instructions on the container (you can also put it in a pan at medium heat and cook for about 6 minutes)
- Warm up pimento cheese in a saucepan to make it spreadable
- Lay down a bed of pork skins
- Cover the pork skins in cooked Bright Leaf BBQ
- Add the pimento cheese.
- Then place the jalapeno slices on top.
- Finish with a drizzle of Crema (1/4 cup of sour cream and lime juice. You can add Cajun seasoning here)
