Ingredients for a Bright Leaf Quesadilla Hot Dog:
- 1 lb or 2 lb Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
- Chili Pepper
- Mild Cheddar Cheese
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Nacho Cheese
- Sour Cream
- Tortillas
Cooking Instructions:
- Get all of the ingredients you need together and a bag of Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
- Put one tortilla down and cover the side facing up with cheddar and monetary jack cheese.
- Top with another tortilla and spread the nacho cheese evenly.
- Place a Bright Leaf Hot Dog at one end of the nacho covered tortilla and wrap the hot dog with both tortillas like you're rolling a sleeping bag.
- Put the quesadilla dog(s) in a skillet on medium heat, with a splash of oil and cook for about 3 minutes
- Turn the quesadilla hot dogs over and cook for another 3 - 4 minutes
- It's Ready!
