Country Ham Breakfast Casserole

Country ham is perfect for any meal. Even breakfast. This recipe combines all of your breakfast favorites like eggs and hashbrowns with country ham to create a delicious casserole that could feed your family all week long

Ingredients:

• 1 Pack of Carolina Curemaster Center Cut Country Ham Slices
• 1 Pack of Frozen Hashbrowns
• 1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1/2 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• 3 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup of Milk

Cooking Instructions:

1. Cut up 1-2 slices of Center Ham Slices into bite-size pieces, approximately Quarter size
2. Cover glass pie plate with frozen Shredded Hash Browns to make a base
3. In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese, 3 eggs (beat eggs before adding), 1/2 cup Milk, and Country Ham.
4. Pour mixture over the Hash brown base
5. Bake until Golden Brown at 350 degrees
6. Enjoy!
