- (1) 12 oz. Pack of Bright Leaf Bacon
- (1) Pack of Ground Chicken
- (1) Jar of Cackalacky Cheerwine Sauce
- Manicotti Shells
- Asiago Cheese
- Gouda Cheese
- Your Favorite Dry Rub
- Garlic Powder

Cooking Instructions:
- Start by grabbing a large mixing bowl.
- Add in your ground chicken, shredded Asiago and Gouda cheese, BBQ rub, and garlic powder. Mix everything together until it forms a big ball.
- Next, stuff the dry manicotti shells by sticking one end into the mixture, then pushing it in with your finger. Repeat this process with all of your shells.
- Wrap each stuffed manicotti with a slice of bacon and place in the fridge for about 6 hours.
- Fire up your smoker to 250 degrees F and smoke for 90 minutes.
- After that, brush on Cackalacky Cheerwine Sauce and turn up the heat to 350 degrees F for an additional 10 minutes.
