Bright Leaf Smoked Sausage and Cheesy Rice-A-Roni

Ingredients:

• $.88/person - (1) Pack of 16 oz. Bright Leaf Smoked Sausage
• $.50/person - (2) Boxes of Creamy Four Cheese Rice-A-Roni
• $.28/person - (1) Bag of Frozen Peas

Cooking Instructions:

Cook Rice-A-Roni

1. Turn stove on high.
2. Fill the pot with 2 1/4 cups of water, 2 tbsp. of butter and rice. (double for two boxes)
3. Slowly stir and bring to a boil
4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Then stir in seasoning and remove from heat.

Cook Bright Leaf Smoked Sausage

1. Turn the stove on medium heat, grab a pan, drizzle some oil, and put the smoked sausage links down.
2. Cook for 5 - 6 minutes, then turn over for another 5 - 6 minutes or to your liking.
3. After cooking, slice the smoked sausage, put it in the pot with the rice, and combine.
4. Enjoy!
