This mouth-watering corn dip recipe is the perfect football appetizer and is overflowing with cheese, jalapenos, bacon, and more!
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Bright Leaf Bacon
- 3 Cans of Corn
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Mt. Olive Jalapeno Slices
- Sour Cream
- Ranch Seasoning
- Cream Cheese
- Tortilla Chips
- Cajun Seasoning

Cooking Instructions:
Mix together all of the following until it's blended nicely:
- Strain three cans of corn and add to mixer
- Add one pack of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
- Add one 8 oz. block of cream cheese
- Add 1/3 cup of finely chopped Mt. Olive Jalapeno Slices
- Add 6 slices of cooked and chopped Bright Leaf Bacon
- Add 1 - 1/2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Add 1 16 oz. container of sour cream
- Then add 2 tbsp. of cajun seasoning to the mixture and stir
- Pour dip into baking dish and spread out to fill dish
- Sprinkle more cajun seasoning on top
- Cover with 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Cook on smoker at 400 degrees until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips
- Enjoy!
