Ingredients:
- (1) 12 oz. Pack of Bright Leaf Bacon
- (1) 16 oz. Container of Bright Leaf BBQ
- (1) Ball of Pizza Dough
- Cackalacky® Cheerwine® Sweet Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Meatballs

Cooking Instructions:
- Fire up your smoker and heat it to 450°F. Use milder wood like apple or cherry for a smoother smoke flavor if you're using wood chips.
- Roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness on a floured surface. If you've got a pizza stone, place the rolled dough onto it.
- Evenly spread the Cackalacky® Cheerwine® Sweet Sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
- Distribute the shredded pork Bright Leaf BBQ, Bright Leaf Bacon crumbles, and sliced meatballs across the sauced dough.
- Generously sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the toppings.
- Carefully slide the pizza (with the stone, if using) into the smoker. Close the lid and smoke for about 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden and the crust has a lovely smoky hue.
- Once cooked to perfection, remove the pizza from the smoker, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and dive into a slice of Southern heaven.
