Bright Leaf Ham, Egg and Cheese Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls

This bite-size breakfast recipe will have your taste buds sliding into home plate. We took Hawaiian rolls and loaded them with eggs, cheese, and Carolina Curemaster Biscuit Slices, and it's only $1.79 per person. Hint: the more cheese, the better! And remember to add butter.

1. Warm up the oven to 350 degrees F
2. Soak the biscuit slices in a bowl of water to make them less salty
3. Then dry the biscuit slices on a paper towel
4. Warm up the stove on medium heat. Take a pan/ skillet and drizzle some oil and fry the ham until it browns
5. After the ham is done, scramble the eggs
6. Spray an oven-safe pan to make sure nothing sticks, and then place the bottoms of the Hawaiian rolls down
7. Then add the shredded or cheese slices and cover all of the bottoms
8. Then place the fried ham slices over the eggs
9. Next, add the scrambled eggs
10. Sprinkle the shredded cheese or add more slices of cheese
11. Finish stacking by adding the top of the roll
12. Brush with butter
13. Cook for 6 minutes on the bottom
14. Broil for 3 minutes on top - just enough to melt butter and make the buns brown
15. Enjoy!
