Ingredients:
- (1) Container of 15 oz. Bright Leaf BBQ
- Orange Bell Peppers
- Pimento Cheese
- Slaw
- Your Favorite BBQ Sauce

Cooking Instructions:
- Smoke (or bake) on 350°
- Slice the top off of the bell pepper and scoop out the seeds.
- Creatively carve Jack-o'-lantern eyes and a mouth into the bell pepper.
- Generously fill the carved bell pepper with hickory-smoked Bright Leaf BBQ.
- Place the stuffed bell pepper in a baking dish and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Once baked, spoon some pimento cheese on top.
- Finish off with a dollop of slaw and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
- Serve warm and enjoy your festive treat!
