This Grilled Cheese Hot Dog with Bright Leaf Hot Dogs takes you straight back to mama’s kitchen, where the griddle sizzled, the bacon popped, and supper was made with love. It’s that old-school comfort food you didn’t know you missed 'til now.

- (1) Pack of 2 lb. Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
- (1) Pack of 12 oz. Bright Leaf Bacon
- Shredded Cheese
- Hot Dog Buns
- Butter
- Dipping: Bright Leaf Chili
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook the Bacon:
Preheat your griddle to medium heat. Cook Bright Leaf Bacon until crispy. Set aside. - Grill the Hot Dogs: Wing the Bright Leaf Hot Dogs and place them flat on the griddle. Cook until they’re browned on both sides (about 6–8 minutes).
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Open the bun, place down with back up and flatter with roller. Butter that side and place down on the griddle. On the unbuttered side, place cheese, a hot dog (slice in half lengthwise if you want it flatter), and a slice of bacon. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
- Grill the Sandwiches: Place on the griddle. Press down slightly. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side, and cheese is melted.
- Serve Hot: Slice in half and serve with dipping sauce or chips!
