There ain't nothing better than a fried bologna sandwich. We took our Bright Leaf Thick Grillin' Bologna with 1/4 slices, fried it up, and threw it on white bread with cheese, tomato, lettuce, and mayo. This quick and easy classic is hard to beat!
Ingredients:
- (1) 1 lb. Pack of Bright Leaf Thick Grillin' Bologna (1/4 slices)
- White Bread
- Cheese Slices
- Tomato
- Lettuce
- Mayo

Cooking Instructions:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil.
- Once the pan is heated, add the bologna slices, cut four small slits to avoid bubbling, and fry each side for 2-5 minutes until they are browned and slightly crispy.
- While the bologna is cooking, prepare the other ingredients. Spread mayonnaise on one or both slices of bread.
- Place the slice of cheese on top of the bologna while it's still in the pan to let the cheese slightly melt.
- Once the bologna is cooked to your desired crispiness, please remove it from the pan and place it on top of the slice of bread.
- Add tomato and lettuce, and then place the other slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
- Remove the sandwich from the pan, and enjoy!
