Ingredients:
- (3) Packs of 12 oz. Bright Leaf Bacon
- Duke's Mayonnaise
- Tomato
- Lettuce
- Hoagie Rolls

- Warm up your oven to 375 degrees.
- Put the slices of Bright Leaf Bacon on a pan and put it in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes and keep checking to ensure it's crispy.
- While the bacon cooks, it's time to chop up your veggies - tomatoes and lettuce.
- After the bacon is cooked, chop it up into pieces, too.
- Combine the chopped bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes in a big bowl, add as much mayonnaise as you want, and mix it until it's evenly coated.
- Slap it on a hoagie roll, and enjoy!
