This breakfast recipe is a game changer! We took the classic bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and transformed it into an even more delicious and creative dish by rolling the biscuit dough into balls. The result was nothing short of amazing - it was truly the bomb!
Ingredients:
- (1) 1 lb. or 2 lb. Pack of Bright Leaf Red Hots
- (1 - 2) Pack of 12 oz. Bright Leaf Bacon
- (1 - 3) Containers of Pillsbury Grands! Crescent Rolls
- Cheese Slices
- Eggs

- Chop the bacon into pieces, drop it in a pan and cook until desired crispiness
- Dice up the Red Hots, drizzle some oil in the pan and fry until your heart's content or black charred line. (Red Hots are pre-cooked)
- Make scrambled eggs
- Flatten the crescent rolls with your palms
- It's time to build to the breakfast bombs!
- Cut or rip the cheese slice in half and put one half on each flattened crescent roll.
- Add eggs, then either bacon or Red Hots.
- (Watch the video) Fold the long side over the pile, the other long side, then fold one of the sides and finish folding with the other side (make sure there are no holes)
- Roll into a ball
- Put in over at 350 for 12 - 15 minutes into golden brown.
- Enjoy!
