- Turn stove or griddle on medium heat
- Cook Bright Leaf bacon according to the instructions on the package
- While the bacon is cooking, let's make muffincakes!
- Pour muffin mix into a mixing bowl
- Add milk/water to get the right consistency
- Scoop the mixture onto the griddle to form round pancakes
- Cook for a couple of minutes and flip once the pancake starts to bubble and pop
- Then cook for another one to two minutes
- Plate your food and enjoy!
