Bright Leaf Loop Smoked Sausage is fully cooked, but tastes best when heated up on the grill or the skillet.
Bright Leaf Bacon can be cooked in the frying pan, baked in the oven, or cooked in the microwave
Uncooked SLICES of Country Ham are vacuum sealed – can be kept without refrigeration up to 2 weeks and refrigerated up to 2-3 months. Before frying, you might want to soak the slices for 10-20 minutes to reduce the traditional saltiness. They are best heated in a skillet until the fat around the edges turns brown.
