This recipe will set your appetizer game ablaze! With this treat, we're cranking up the heat on finger food, pairing sizzling jalapeños and Red Hots with crispy bacon and melt-in-your-mouth cheese. This is no ordinary bite. It's a blazing symphony of flavors that's sure to deliver a "poppin'" good time at your table!
Ingredients:
- (1) 1 lb. Pack of Bright Leaf Red Hots and/or 1 lb. Pack of Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
- (2+) Packs of 12 oz. Bright Leaf Bacon
- (2) Packs of Cream Cheese Blocks
- Paprika

Cooking Instructions:
- Slightly cook the Bright Leaf Bacon before wrapping the jalapeños - we cooked them for 5 - 6 minutes at 350 degrees in an air fryer. This will help the bacon get crispier.
- Start by slicing your jalapeños lengthwise, then use a spoon to carefully hollow out the insides, removing the seeds and membranes.
- Cut each Bright Leaf Red Hot in half, then again to get four pieces from each - repeat with the hot dog.
- Mix the cream cheese, paprika, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
- Stuff each hollowed jalapeño with cream cheese blend, a piece of Red Hot (or hot dog), then wrap each stuffed pepper with a slice of bacon, securing with toothpicks.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Place the bacon-wrapped, stuffed jalapeños in a single layer in your air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry the jalapeño poppers for around 10-12 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the peppers are tender.
- Carefully remove the jalapeño poppers from the air fryer, cool them slightly, and serve.
- Enjoy your air-fried jalapeño poppers stuffed with Bright Leaf Red Hots, hot dogs, and bacon!
