Cooking Instructions:
- Grab Bright Leaf Bologna and the other ingredients you need!
- It's time to fry up a few pieces of Bright Leaf Bologna.
- Melt a tbsp. of butter in a pan over med-high heat.
- Scramble 2-3 eggs and pour into pan as if you’re making an omelette.
- When eggs are close to being done but still a bit runny, place two pieces of bread vertically down the middle; one right side up and one upside down, and the straight ends should be almost touching.
**TURN HEAT DOWN TO LOW-MED** - Once eggs are fully done and bread is “glued” to them, take a large spatula and flip the egg and bread over to where the bread will start to toast in the pan. You will no longer see the bread and should see nothing but what looks like a omelette.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese all over cooked eggs or lay a few pieces of sliced cheese down, then lay down two pieces of fried bologna down on top of the bread. You should be able to see where the slices are by the outline.
- Imagining where the bread is, take a spatula and fold over the excess egg in the pan on the right side. Now do the same with the left. It’ll look almost as if you’re making an omelette.
- Now, the magic! Using a spatula, and imagining what a sandwich looks like, fold the bottom piece of bread up and onto the top piece.
