Bright Leaf Hot Dog Baked Mac n Cheese

This Baked Mac n Cheese with Bright Leaf Hot Dogs dish is a meal your whole family will love. Ingredients

• 2 lb bag of Bright Leaf Hot Dogs
• 1 box of your Favorite Pasta
• 1/2 cup of Butter
• 1/2 cup of All-Purpose Flour
• 2 1/2 cups of Half and Half
• 1 1/2 cups of Whole Milk
• 4 cups of Medium Sharp Cheddar Cheese (or your favorite type of cheddar cheese)
• 2 cups of Gruyere Cheese
• 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
• 1/4 tsp, Paprika

Cooking Instructions

1. According to the instructions on your pasta box, boil the water and cook the pasta to your liking
2. Melt unsalted butter in a stove-top pan
3. Add flour to the with the melted butter and stir until thickened
4. Once thickened, add whole milk and half and half
5. After its smooth, add salt, black pepper and paprika
6. Add 2 cups of cheddar cheese and 1 cup of Gruyere cheese and stir until thickened
7. Once thickened, combine cheese sauce with cooked pasta and mix it (you're creating mac n cheese)
8. Cut Bright Leaf Hot Dogs into bite-size hot dogs
9. Get 9x13" dish and create multiple layers of Mac n Cheese, bite-size Bright Leaf Hot Dogs, and the leftover shredded cheese (video: 1:01)
10. Put in the oven at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes
