Smoke Sausage, Peppers, & Onions

4 smoke sausages
1 large. Bell pepper
1 large. Onion


Cut sausages in round slices & fry on both sides.
Use about 2 Tsp. Oil to fry.
When it's fried to your desire, add slices of peppers & slices of onion.
Stir fry & add a little water to make gravy.
Serve over rice & enjoy one heck of a quick, easy, inexpensive meal!
