Sausage and Cabbage Stir Fry

1 lb Carolina smoked sausage(cut into slices)
1 head of cabbage (cut up)
1 bag egg noodles (cooked and drained)
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes


In a skillet
Stir fry sausage in a little bit of Olive oil for a few minutes.
Add cut up cabbage and about 1/2 cup of water.
Cook until cabbage is soft and water is reduced.
Add cooked noodles, stir well.
Also add salt and pepper to taste.
May add small amount of red pepper flacks if desired.
Continue to stir until desired likeness of consistency.
(Note:I eyeball the cabbage and sausage and add more water if needed.)
