Preheat oven to 350.
Cover the bottom of your lasagna pan with spaghetti sauce.
Cut smoke sausage into 3 to 4 inch length.
Lay a cooked lasagna noodle out flat on a platter or clean working surface
sprinkle shredded cheese down the noodle
lay sausage at end of noodle and slowly roll the sausage up into the noodle.
Hold it closed with a toothpick.
Place the roll in your lasagna pan.
After you have completed your rolls and they are all arranged in your pan
spoon spaghetti sauce over each roll up.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over each roll.
Cover pan with foil and cook until sausage is heated thoroughly
