Cabbage and Smoke Sausage

1 Medium Cabbage
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
6 Smoke Sausages
Dash Salt
Dash Pepper


Washing cabbage then cut cabbage in medium-sized chunks
rinse cabbage then drain
In a large saucepan pour in Olive oil
heat on stove top
then cut sausages into bite size pieces
put in sauce pan
Brown smoke sausage then remove from sauce pan place on plate
Put cabbage in saucepan and add Salt and pepper
cover saucepan
Cook cabbage for 20 minutes
then add the rest of the smoke sausage
cover saucepan for 5-10 minutes.
Serve with cornbread.
You can add onions and green peppers if you like more flavor.
Just add when Browning smoke sausage.
