Ingredients

Bright Leaf smoke Sausage
bacon grease
water

Directions

Simple
Cut smoke sausage links into three pieces and slice into the skin
Put bacon grease into frying pan, preferably a case iron pan,
fry good and brown are a little burned is like I prefer.
Then add enough water to make a gravy,
put on a bed of rice ,
very delicious with some corn and black eyed peas a meal For sure
